Building bridges of communication to improve the delivery of healthcare and break down the walls of illiteracy ™

Our Impactful Programs

More than one half of the world’s population, 5.5 billion people, have limited or no access to quality healthcare. Alarmingly in the United States, that boasts some of the most advanced and costly healthcare systems, access to these resources is unevenly distributed. A staggering one-third of the U.S. population faces barriers to quality healthcare, with approximately 115 million Americans residing in “Healthcare Deserts.” These areas are characterized by limited or non-existent access to the country’s advanced medical facilities and services.

Working with health system operators and community-based organizations, our grants foster Healthcare Modernization Programs (“Programs”) tailored specifically to a community’s needs. These Programs provide a turnkey, rapidly deployed, multi-component comprehensive solution to improve the delivery of healthcare in Healthcare Desert communities. These Programs include deployment of one or more custom-tailored mobile or fixed-placed CLODS Medical Units such as Primary Care Units including basic, pediatric, women’s, and behavioral health services; Laboratory Units; X-Ray Units; Pharmacy Units; Dialysis Units; Dental Units; and, Emergency and Trauma Care Units. CLODS Medical Units are equipped with the CLODS System providing its proprietary fully integrated, Big Data generating software utilizing the latest AI tools, all required hardware, broadband connectivity, training personnel, support services, and, to ensure the entire system’s sustainability long-term, the ongoing maintenance of the system during the term of the Programs.

The issue of limited healthcare access disproportionately affects so many segments of the population including those living in vulnerable and underserved communities; low-income individuals; uninsured persons; and those with technological barriers, such as limited internet access. These groups often experience the most severe consequences of inadequate healthcare access. Healthcare Deserts result in the inefficient use of healthcare resources significantly inflating overall healthcare spending. In fact, it is estimated that healthcare inequities cost the U.S. economy approximately $320 billion annually, potentially rising to $1 trillion by 2040 if we do not address these life-threatening health and economic challenges.

Thank you, in advance, for your consideration and participation in our impactful programs. No contribution is too small and together we can and will continue to improve the delivery of healthcare in areas where it is needed the most.
